Almost every nation in sub Saharan Africa was represented and we were able to discuss the training and programme needs of Scout Organisations. New York, Scotland Homecoming 10k

White Horse Half Marathon

Beautiful weather. A fairly flat course. Excellent, enthusiastic stewarding. And, to cap it all, my mum at the finish to greet me, armed with plenty of water and smoked salmon sandwiches! 2 hours and 4 minutes. Not a bad time either.
